Organizational Development Interventions
Organization Development (OD) is a carefully planned and implemented process of assessments and improvement initiatives in order to ensure the productivity of employees and profitability of the organization. The client organization may be an entire company, or a smaller part of a larger organization.
Types of interventions
Our interventions include but are not limited to the following:
- Employee Assessments and Surveys
We offer testing and assessment solutions for all job levels, providing insight into a recruitment candidate’s capabilities. We also evaluate skills and training gaps to ensure that development interventions address real needs.
- Organisation Action Research
We conduct assessments to measure employee opinion of leadership and the working environment and provide problem solving processes aimed at specific work units or improved effectiveness for the entire organization.
- Organizational Restructuring
We conduct job profiling, review departmental job functions and/or individual reporting structures, identifying roles and responsibilities to ensure excellence in production and service.
- Strategic Planning
We assist the organisation with reviewing or defining its mission and vision as well as setting objectives, goals and action steps to help focus its present and future resources toward fulfilling its vision.
- Career Counselling
We assist individuals within organisations with career planning, setting career goals and developing career resiliency. We use established assessments tools as well as individual feedback sessions to assist individuals in making effective career decisions.
- Graduate Recruitment and Development
We assist organisations with talent acquisition by managing the end to end graduate recruitment process. This entails developing a graduate recruitment and development strategy, establishing partnerships with tertiary institutions as well as screening and shortlisting applicants. We also assist organisations with the onboarding, development and coaching interventions for the recruited graduates.
